History: The Antique Auto Shop was started in 1969, due to a love of old cars, by Fred and Ray Vagedes. In the beginning, Fred and Ray used their shop part time purely to enjoy their hobby. Shortly after, friends began asking Fred and Ray to do restoration work on their cars. Gaining a reputation for quality work, the demands grew and they eventually quit their jobs to devote their efforts full time to work they enjoyed doing. In 1990, the present owner, Terry Kesselring arrived on the scene with a commitment to expand the operations Fred and Ray started. Today, we continue to provide the highest quality work for the diverse automotive needs of our clients in all phases of the restoration process. After retiring, Fred and Ray wanted to share their many years of classic car restoration experience with those who share their enjoyment of restoring classic cars. To that end they created a six part video series to aid the do-it-yourselfer restore their car.
